Within Asterix, we think it is important that everyone feels safe and respected. We want everyone (both members and donors) to have someone they can safely talk to; either in case of questions, doubts, and/or concerns. Because of this, Asterix has appointed a confidentiality contact person (CCP). The CCP is the first point of contact within Asterix for anyone who observed or experiences transgressive behavior. The CCP gladly listens to your story, gives advice and points you to the next party to contact if necessary.
The CCP also helps the board with prevention of transgressive behavior and stimulating a save sporting environment for anyone at Asterix.
Don’t be afraid to contact the CCP; no matter how small you think your experience is, the CCP is always open to help.
